BUSINESS LEAD study visit in Kenya

In February 2022, the representatives of the BUSINESS LEAD Project Team have visited another partner of the Project  – Strathmore University Business School in Kenya to discuss the various aspects of the organisation of the project and mobilities of the students.

The Program aims to empower young female students and offer them an opportunity to network with other female students from around the world. Under this project, the students will have an intensive two-week course in Warsaw on entrepreneurship and business management. It will include class sessions and practical training sessions in the form of workshops, seminars and projects. Some of the key areas the students will learn to include the history and culture of Poland and Europe, women entrepreneurship and business simulation among many other topics.

The students will also get a chance to visit the best historical and tourist sites like Krakow, Wieliczka and Auschwitz in Poland. They will also learn Polish cuisine, networking and buddy assistance whereby they will be linked with someone whom they will keep communicating with even after the Program is over.

The visit study to Kenya was carried out as part of the BUSINESS LEAD project within NAWA Narodowa Agencja Wymiany Akademickiej Spinaker program.
